How to request a refund

Reply to the email you received after your order, or write to info@thequietgarden.shop from the address you used at checkout. Include your order number if you have it to hand — it helps us find you faster, but it isn't required.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the money usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.

What happens to your files

Your download links stop working once a refund is issued.
